Senior Finance Manager

Project Information:

Currently, for our Client in the banking industry, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager:

Project: Pesponsibility for Accounting, Local Close, Tax, coordination with external service provides as well as broader finance and accounting functions in coordination with the HUB team in London and the technology teams in Poland.
Project Duration: 6-12 motnhs
Technology Stack: BlackLine, Oracle Financials
Team size: 6 
Work Mode: remote
Salary: 200 – 240 PLN/h + VAT
Collaboration Model: Contract with Neontri (service outsourcing)

Recruitment Process:

It consists of 3 stages:

1. A brief (approximately 20-minute) phone interview with our HR department.
2. Round1: An online talk with the Client (approximately 30 minutes). There will be questions about your experience and technical knowledge during this conversation.
3. Round 2: (if needed) 30–60 minutes – deeper technical + stakeholder scenarios  

Requirements:

1. Min. 7 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or controllership within an international environment (Big Four background is a strong advantage)
2. Strong knowledge of Polish GAAP, including review of statutory financial statements
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels
4. Experience in systems implementation, process migration, and continuous process improvement (including MS Office and Oracle Financials)
5. Fluent Polish speaker with excellent English skills (C1)
