Try & Hire services: Fast way to finding the right employees

Choose an employee from our vetted list of over 40,000 specialists from different fields and take them for a test run.

The Try & Hire model, also called temp-to-perm or temp-to-hire, involves two services: temporary employment and permanent hire. However, all risks are on our side, as well as your recruitment costs. You can test the candidates before you decide to join them permanently in your business. This way, you know exactly what assets and skills the candidate brings before you make a long-term commitment.

What are the benefits of the Try and Hire approach?

Your pain points – Our solutions

1/3

The limited access to qualified candidates

The limited access to qualified candidates makes it hard to fill positions with skilled specialists.

2/3

Time-consuming recruitment process

Creating a job offer, checking candidates, and finding one that may not match the requirements takes a lot of time and is risky.

3/3

Mitigation of mis-hire risk

Carrying out a time-consuming recruitment process doesn’t guarantee the candidate is right for the job. In such cases, the whole process must be repeated with no guarantee of finding a good candidate.

How our Try and Hire process works

01

Defining needs

Outline the role, responsibilities, and ideal candidate profile.

02

Searching candidates

We find and pre-screen qualified candidates based on your requirements.

03

Candidate verification

Selected candidates undergo a hands-on trial in your work environment. You can evaluate their skills and see if they match your organization.

04

Trial & decision

Based on the trial and your observations, you can seamlessly get a permanent hire or choose another candidate. You decide on the candidate that fits your needs best and convert them under your payroll.

FAQs

For a successful Try & Hire process, you should prepare a clear job description outlining the role and responsibilities and describing the project. This will help us standardize the assessment process and evaluate candidates based on your requirements. Continuous feedback would be useful to streamline the process. This way, we can adjust to your specific needs.

Usually, it takes 3 months to try the candidate. In some industries, the trial period is shortened to 1 month or even extended to 6 months. The time depends on the job complexity, company size, budget, and many other factors. The process of finding the right candidate may take just a few days or longer, depending on your feedback.

It may happen that the Try and Hire process would not lead to a permanent cooperation if you decide not to hire the candidate. This may be the case when the candidate fills the temporary need, and this position is no longer required, or if you decide not to extend the cooperation. Then, you can choose another candidate to try out. We have plenty of skilled specialists to choose from that can quickly replace the previous one.

When you decide to keep the candidate in your organization, you can evaluate their potential for the future roles they can fulfill within the company. A proper roadmap for the job would help the candidate develop in the right direction.
