FAQs

For a successful Try & Hire process, you should prepare a clear job description outlining the role and responsibilities and describing the project. This will help us standardize the assessment process and evaluate candidates based on your requirements. Continuous feedback would be useful to streamline the process. This way, we can adjust to your specific needs.

Usually, it takes 3 months to try the candidate. In some industries, the trial period is shortened to 1 month or even extended to 6 months. The time depends on the job complexity, company size, budget, and many other factors. The process of finding the right candidate may take just a few days or longer, depending on your feedback.

It may happen that the Try and Hire process would not lead to a permanent cooperation if you decide not to hire the candidate. This may be the case when the candidate fills the temporary need, and this position is no longer required, or if you decide not to extend the cooperation. Then, you can choose another candidate to try out. We have plenty of skilled specialists to choose from that can quickly replace the previous one.

When you decide to keep the candidate in your organization, you can evaluate their potential for the future roles they can fulfill within the company. A proper roadmap for the job would help the candidate develop in the right direction.
