About the role:
We’re currently looking for an HR and Administration Specialist for one of our clients.
Project scope:
You will be responsible for the full range of HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with regulations, and making a real impact on career paths within the organization. If you have experience in HR operations, immigration processes, and employee benefits – we’d love to hear from you!
Work mode: Hybrid (Warsaw)
Your responsibilities:
- Managing daily HR operations
- Maintaining employee records (including personal data, employment contracts, and other HR documents)
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Handling employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting the administration of employee benefits and ensuring timely, accurate processing
- Preparing and managing visa applications, work permits, and other immigration documents
- Coordinating with external immigration consultants and legal advisors to support employees
- Collaborating with other teams on various HR-related projects
Recruitment process:
There are two steps:
- A short phone call with our HR team (~20 minutes)
- An online technical interview with the client (~1 hour),including experience-related questions and a short recruitment task
Apply if you have:
- 5–7 years of experience in HR in a multicultural environment with a large number of employees
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR regulations, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in both Polish and English
