As the Head of Content at Neontri, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our brand's voice across all marketing and sales channels. You will lead a team of content writers, ensuring the delivery of compelling and consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Neontri's brand objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of content writers, ensuring the quality and consistency of content produced
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to set and achieve KPIs that reflect the company's goals
- Manage the content budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact
- Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and LinkedIn algorithms to ensure Neontri's content strategy remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a tech company's content department
- Strong track record of team management and mentoring
- Familiarity with AI tools will be considered a significant advantage
- Deep understanding of SEO and LinkedIn algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and achieve KPIs
- At least a C2 English level is required
