Currently, for our Client, we are looking for an individual for the position of D365 CRM Analyst. The project involves implementing a global CRM D365 for a large international corporation. You will have the chance to participate in several phases of the implementation, covering many countries such as France, Germany, and the UK, among others. Furthermore, the project deals with the initial phase of defining the architecture for a broad range of CRM solutions.

What will be your tasks?
- Leading analytical workshops (requirement gathering, business process design)
- Technical discussions with the client about possible requirement implementations in the system
- Conducting Fit/Gap analysis concerning system functionality
- Configuring the D365 CRM system
- Supporting the team of developers and testers
What will assist you in performing these tasks:
- Experience in CRM system implementations (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (minimum of one year)
- Knowledge of Demo Dynamics CRM configuration and presenting the system at sales meetings
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
