About the project:

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (Customer Journey Specialist) for a banking sector client. The ideal candidate must have experience in banking and working with corporate clients – this is a must due to the nature of the role.

What will be your tasks?

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the project team, aligning business perspectives with the needs of those expecting solutions for sales processes and tools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business & pre-implementation analysis
• Defining solution concepts and system requirements
• Supporting training sessions
• Working in Agile methodology using JIRA

Project scope:

• CRM system development – client onboarding
• Digitalization of the onboarding process using Salesforce
• Project duration: Until the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension

Tech stack:

• JIRA
• Miro (process mapping)
• Enterprise Architect
• Salesforce
• Agile/Scrum methodology

Team structure:

• 50 people, divided into smaller teams of 8-10 members
• Agile workflow: quarterly planning, 2-week sprints, daily stand-ups, Agile Coach support

Work mode and salary:

• 95% remote or hybrid from Warsaw.
• Up to 130 PLN/h (net) + VAT [B2B contract]
• Service outsourcing model, contract with Neontri

Apply if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong soft skills, communication, and proactiveness
• Experience in banking/financial institutions, particularly in corporate client processes
• Practical knowledge of Lean Management or Service Design, including process design with end-user involvement (Kompas)
• Familiarity with BPMN, Miro, Enterprise Architect/Camunda, MS Excel
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes from both client and business perspectives
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and corporate banking services
• Ability to create requirements (not just collect them!)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce
• Ability to develop work breakdown structures and schedules
• Experience in end-to-end product implementation
• Knowledge of unit testing
